Coffee Ice Sorbet recipe

Materials Needed

500 ml of hot water
1 tablespoon coffee without grounds
3 tablespoons granulated sugar

A scope of vanilla ice cream
1 stalk cherries
coffee powder to taste
melted cooking chocolate to taste
Making way

Brewed coffee with hot water, then add the sugar. Allow to cool.
Enter the cold coffee into a mold, and freeze in the freezer.
Once frozen, put in blender and process until slightly rough.
Pour into cups or glasses and give a scope of vanilla ice cream on top. Sprinkle with powdered coffee. Garnish with a sprig of cherry fruit and melted chocolate. Serve.
